NorthStatePerio COVID-19 Statement

We personally want you to know that we are here for you.  We are providing patient care using the latest CDC, OSHA, and the American Dental Association safety guidelines.

These guidelines have served as the basis for our Patient Care Plan which covers multiple measures and protocols to ensure everyone's safety.  The following are just a few of the measures:

Air Purifiers have been placed throughout the practice to improve air quality by capturing aerosolized particles.

Faceshields/Eyeglasses and facemasks will be worn by all staff.

Increased hand washing throughout the day.

Increased surface cleaning throughout the day.

Staff screening before the start of each day.

Patient screening prior to and at the day of each appointment.

  Additional patient guidelines are below.

As a patient, you can help us protect the health and well-being of our patients and our community by following these guidelines:

If you have a fever or are experiencing symptoms of a respiratory infection (e.g., cough, sore throat, fever or difficulty breathing),or history of travel to areas experiencing transmission of COVID-19 or contact with possible COVID-19 patients, please call our office to cancel your appointment.  When you are completely well or had a waiting period, we will do our best to reschedule any cancellations from this time period as soon as possible.

Plan to come to your scheduled appointment alone, so that there aren’t any extra unnecessary people in the office at a time.  We strongly recommend that no one comes with you unless it is absolutely necessary.

If you have a face mask or face covering, we strongly recommend wearing it as an added precaution as recommended by the CDC.

You are welcome to call our office from the parking lot, to check in for your appointment.  Our staff will instruct you if the clinical staff is ready to bring you back into an exam room.

Beginning May 4th, our practice will be open on a limited basis under the above guidelines.

Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
