We have resumed all patient care using safety guidelines from the CDC and the American Dental Association.
Our Patient Care Plan covers multiple measures and protocols to ensure the safety of the staff and every patient. The following are just a few of the measures:
All staff members are screened before patient care (temperature and questionnaire).
All patients are screened before entering the treatment area (temperature and questionnaire).
We limit the numbers of patients in the waiting area.
Air Purifiers have been placed throughout the practice to improve air quality by capturing aerosolized particles.
Faceshields and/or Eyeglasses and Facemasks will be worn by all staff.
Increased hand washing throughout the day.
Increased surface cleaning throughout the day.
As a patient, you can help us protect the health and well-being of our employees, other patients, and our community by following these guidelines:
If you have a fever or are experiencing symptoms of a respiratory infection (e.g., cough, sore throat, fever or difficulty breathing),or history of travel to areas experiencing transmission of COVID-19 or contact with possible COVID-19 patients, please call our office to cancel your appointment. When you are completely well or had a waiting period, we will do our best to reschedule any cancellations from this time period as soon as possible.
Plan to come to your scheduled appointment alone, so that there aren’t any extra unnecessary people in the office at a time. We strongly recommend that no one comes with you unless it is absolutely necessary.
If you have a face mask or face covering, we ask you to wear it as an added precaution as recommended by the CDC. One will be provided to you if you do not have one available.
You are welcome to call our office from the parking lot, to check in for your appointment. Our staff will instruct you if the clinical staff is ready to bring you back into an exam room.
