Dental Insurance
We accept and file insurances and are now in-network with Humana (Cigna DPPO and Total; United Concordia; SunLife Dental Network and SunLife Focus Dental Network).
As a courtesy to our patients with dental insurance, we will gladly file all dental claims on your behalf. A copy of your current dental card or a completed dental claim form is required. Our financial department can assist you in determining your proposed dental reimbursement. We will gladly assist you in receiving your maximum benefits provided by your dental insurance carrier.
